Hurricane is an app by Kitty Code (with an nearly identical iPad version Hurricane HD) that allows users to track Atlantic basin and Central Pacific Hurricanes like never before.  With access to real time updates and satellite imagery this app can't be beat.  In addition to fully featured tracking maps, it also contains wind speed, category and size information for all documented storms from the past 150 years.
